Good Monday Morning friends,
Hope you had a great weekend!
I often talk about mentoring young women here. I’d like to introduce you to a sweet almost 16 young woman I mentor. Her name is Alexandra. As I type, she is in surgery.
Here is Alexandra’s back:
She has a serve case of scoliosis. Right now, she is in a four hour surgery to have rods put in her back to straighten it.
Alexandra is an adorable girl who loves Jesus. I feel so confident that He is going to use this trial her life to build her history with Him. She will know that He is faithful and can be trusted.
Would you pray for Alexandra now? She will be in the hospital for four days and then have a two weeks period healing at home. On the third week, she will be able to start going to school half days. She needs strength, courage and a quick healing!
I can’t wait until she and my girl Madi are playing softball, swimming and doing all of the fun things they love to do together again!
Thanks for praying friends!
How can I pray for you today?
Alexandra is out of her surgery! Here is a pic of her “new” back:
